Engaged couple with roses

Enjoyed scouting for best light and settings for engagement photos with this couple, who were very sweet with each other. I wish them every happiness for their journey together. These were shot in Elizabeth Park in Hartford, Connecticut and also in Needham, Massachusetts. They were comfortable and natural despite the camera and other people walking by in the park. I felt a sense of private celebration that they have each other and they’re on this path of making it official, and I think that shows.
